Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Client Support Agent to join our busy Debt Management team, supporting an existing client base of customers and their ongoing needs.
In this role, you will be required to put the client at the centre of every communication and continually match the benefits of the products and services against their needs. Not only will you be tasked with reviewing income and expenditure of each client, but you will also be required to deal with some legal aspects of a client’s ongoing debt management plan.

* You have experience in a phone-based capacity and delivering a high level of customer service
* You have a good understanding of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ and effectively implement this into daily work life, putting the customers at the heart of your work.
* You have an understanding of vulnerable customer needs and be able to sensitively handle challenging calls as required
* Communicate in a clear, open, and honest manner
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and to deadlines, always paying attention to detail
* Be committed to developing within the role and be open to feedback
