We're recruiting on behalf of a growing Insurance Brokerage, looking to recruit experienced Quality Call Listeners to join their expanding team.  

Your duties will include:

Listening to, reviewing, and assessing Sales Advisor telephone calls to ensure that the customer's overall needs have been met and that all advice and terms and conditions meet the required standards.
Identifying areas that may require improvement.
Monitoring compliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements.
Contacting customers to review information
Supporting the Sales manager with general ad hoc tasks What’s in it for you:
