Job Description
I am hiring a Business Analyst for a Retail Bank in London. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory and finance change. Process improvement experience would be advantageous but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business to help with Basel IV

The roleholder will be responsible for defining the future state vision for finance processes as part of specific initiatives within the Basel IV programme as well as other broader transformation initiatives within Finance. The role will also include data analysis, design, the ability to elicit, capture and translate requirements, as well as identifying and contributing to operating model improvements.

Key Skills Required;

Strong data manipulation skills including Excel and experience using data manipulation tools (e.g. Qlikview, Business Objects, Lumira, SmartView, SQL, SAS)
Experience of Regulatory reporting requirements under Basel 3, CRR2 requirements and knowledge of regulatory returns (e.g. COREP, Pillar 3)
Applying continuous improvement mind-set to all team activities by identifying waste and rework and corresponding solutions.
Becoming a trusted advisor and recognised expert to Finance, Risk and technology colleagues regarding Finance business architecture strategy.If this role is of interest please apply below
