On behalf of Lloyds Banking Group, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6 months based in London providing Hybrid working (once/twice in the office).

Purpose of the Role:

As a Lead Business Analyst, you'd be part of our Finance Transformation team working within the Treasury Lab. The transformation of Finance is underpinned by a greenfield strategic Ledger and aligned Risk & Finance data model, sequenced through delivery of specific Use Cases. 2022 focus is on building the foundational capability to support the Finance & Risk data model and new Greenfield Ledger.

The Treasury Lab is committed to building out the impact assessment of Markets related strategic implementation on both the business and finance teams.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

Supporting the Product Owner and help lead as an integral part of the team for both business and IT alike
Applying your technical and business insight to drive requirement elicitation whilst working closely with the Solution Architect and Engineers to build detailed User Stories
Bringing to life your banking experience to help frame, create and build new and improved ways of working
Using your domain knowledge to drive forward change to meet the Lab's OKRsWhat we require from the candidate:

Good understanding of treasury's -specifically UK banks and or building societies or even any of the investment banks
Proficient in Agile having used JIRA and Confluence and systems such as SUMMIT or MUREX
Clear communications kills
Evidence of leading a team of BAs, being a mentor and coach whilst handling a project of work
Strong stakeholders management
Lloyds Banking Group will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
