Joining our team as a Bank and Retail Reconciliation Manager, you will be performing the ledger accounting transactions for a number of European Tenerity group companies.
Working as a member of the Banking and Retail Reconciliation team within the AFO, you will effectively manage the Bank & Retail Reconciliations function, including the management, supervision, leadership and support of the team.
To take a leading role for the initiation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the Bank and Retail Reconciliation function. Working as part of the FSSC management team in the improvement and maintenance of the financial and management accounting, systems and controls for Tenerity and group companies covered by the FSSC.
What will I need to succeed in this role?
As our ideal Bank and Retail Reconciliation Manager, you will have passed or currently studying for formal accounting qualifications i.e. AAT, CIMA or QBE.
You will also have the following skills & experience:
Proven track record of leading a team within a busy, deadline driven finance role
Good working knowledge and experience of Balance Sheet and Account Reconciliations
Proven experience of working in an accounting role
Good all round accounting knowledge and background
Proactive team leader with strong supervisory skills
Target setting for self and team
Computer literate and good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
