MET Recruitment is excited to be working with a global manufacturing company based in the Oldbury area. My client is based in an easily accessible area with free on-site parking. You will be supporting with monthly management accounts and highlighting any relevant information to seniors and directors.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting the financial controllers with month-end, weekly and monthly standard reporting
Responsible for posing of accruals, prepayments, and journals
Assist with P&L, balance sheet reporting and actual vs. forecast variance analysis
Ad hoc reporting responsibilities
Aiding other members of the finance team

What we're looking for:

Excellent attention to detail
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
Ability to present and manipulate data
Ideally two years in a similar role
Good knowledge of modern accounting principles
Ideally working towards ACCA, CIMA or AAT
