Job Description
Assistant Accountant

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for an Assistant Accountant on a permanent, full-time basis, located in the County of Denbighshire. 
 
With a variety of responsibilities, this role requires a driven and motivated individual looking to develop their career in Accounting. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of accounting duties and support the Management Accountant in the daily financial operations of the business. 
 
Salary: £25,000 per annum

The Role: 
– Working with the Management Accountant to assist in various accounting duties
– Assisting in preparation of month end accounts
– Preparing sales invoices
– Arranging bank payments and cash book reconciliations
– Completion of smaller entity accounts

The Ideal Candidate: 
– Previous experience working in a finance or accounts position
– AAT Level 4 or Accounting/Finance Degree or working towards CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualification 
– Excel, IT, and Communication skills
– Understanding of management accounts
