With this expansion comes the need for a number of experienced Purchase Ledger Clerks /Accounts Assistants who are looking to develop and progress as the company continues to grow.

The ideal candidates will have some good accounts experience and previous use of SAGE is advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
Month End invoice Accruals
Petty Cash Journals
Process credit cards and cash expenses
Reconciling business mileage to VAT
Process invoices and reconcile to purchase order
Invoice discrepancies
Supplier/ intercompany recharges
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Covering for other Accounts assistants and Ad Hoc responsibilities as required in a hands on Finance team These roles come with a host of benefits including Salary up to circa 28k, Hybrid working, Annual leave entitlement goes up with tenure, Birthdays off, Pension Scheme, Bonus Scheme, Free parking and generous Discount Scheme.
