Agile Delivery Manager, Multiple UK locations

Up to 65k DOE

My client needs a highly motivated Agile enthusiast who will play an important role in the delivery of Agile methodology adoption throughout the wider business. You will play a role that is a mix between SCRUM master and Delivery manager. You will facilitate the framework and ensure the delivery of your objectives.

They are moving to a more iterative approach. They have a growing Development team, so a hybrid approach that borrows from the SCRUM framework would create a lot of efficiencies within the team to cover the support, customer and product work. This is a process driven role, rather than technically focused, but the platform they use has a lot of modern technology.

The role:

Lead the team to delivery against stakeholder expectations.

Deliver a framework that manages the scope, schedule, quality, dependencies and RAID within the organization

Risk mitigation

Build an efficient and high performing delivery method.

Continuous delivery planning, Creation of deployment processes

Champion Agile delivery practices, Lead by example

Develop the team around you, upskilling them and increasing performance

Facilitate a smooth working, collaborative environment

Demonstrate a deeper understanding of your own emotions and others for greater influence and control

What you need:

SCRUM Master Certification (CSM or PSM)

Desirable:

Degree level Education

A degree in a computer related subject

Relevant professional qualifications
