My client is based slightly on the out skirts of Lincoln, they are established family run company who have built a superb reputation for customer services, a vacancy has become available for someone to join their accounts and office team, you will become part of a dynamic group of people who know what it takes to go that extra mile
My ideal Accounts/Administration candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, have experience of SAGE and working knowledge of invoicing and quarterly VAT form
The role will involve

General office duties:
Including answering the telephone taking quotes and arranging bookings
Administration duties around the office
Working knowledge of SAGE and Word/Excel, also preparation of quarterly VAT Form
Process invoices and perform end of month tasks
Work as part of a super team or on your own
Superb written and spoken English with the ability to communicate on all levels

This role is Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm with a salary of £21,000 – £22,000 subject to experience, the position is permanent
