Job Description
Ashberry Recruitment are currently looking for an Accounts Senior for their client based in Skipton. Our client is a small run Accountancy Practice, specialising in sole traders and limited companies, they have recently just celebrated 40 years in practice.
The ideal candidate:
* Accountancy Practice experience
* Ideally Level 4 AAT Qualified, will accept Level 3 AAT Qualified
* Experience in Sage Business, Xero, QuickBooks, Cloud Computing – would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
Responsibilities of the Accounts Senior:
* Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
* Completion of VAT returns
* Completion of Personal and Corporate Tax Returns – ideally experienced, however training will be provided
* Basic payroll (very little requirements) however training can be provided
Hours/Salary
* £30,000 – £32,000 PA – Depending on experience
* Full time – Monday – Thursday – 08:45 – 17:15, Friday – 08:45 – 17:00
