Job Description
Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Executive

£28,000 – £32,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a global media events business, they hold prestigious conferences and exhibitions around the globe. Their finance team is looking to hire an experienced accounts executive to manage the accounts receivable process to ensure that debtors pay within their pre-agreed credit terms.

ROLE:

* Processing sales invoices

* Correctly allocating each sale to relevant P&L and event accounts

* Dealing with any supplier forms, double taxation certificates etc that are needed by the client (if any)

* Reconciling sales ledger to opportunities on Salesforce

* Allocating cash entries

* Dealing with queries

* Undertaking credit control processes [calling, emailing, etc] to ensure prompt payment of due invoices

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Know how to use accounting and CRM systems. Ideally Financial Force and Salesforce

* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role

* Know how to use Excel and Word

* Have an understanding of VAT/GST laws

* Great communication and written skills

* Team player
