Job Description
Opportunity in Macclesfield available to an experienced Accounts Assistant – or someone with some entry level skills and looking to learn.
This will be an office-based position, but they’re open to full time or part time.
If you’ve got some Finance Assistant experience of sales and or purchase ledger and general finance admin duties in Sage, this business is offering the chance to learn on the job.
If you’ve got a significant career in Accounts / Finance behind you, they’ll like you to be able to take care of the following :
Maintaining the Company Purchase & Sales Ledgers
Invoice processing
Raising sales invoices
Credit control
Banks reconciliation
Processing expense requests
Cash book maintenance
Processing journals
Basic administration
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Helping with month end duties
Prepayments & Accruals
If you have ambitions to move into full Management Accounts, taking responsibility for end to end processes – this role can facilitate that over time.
