Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is working with an expanding service provider, who is experiencing a period of high growth with the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant.  Joining the friendly team and based in central Chichester, West Sussex with free parking, this is a key appointment for the business.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

Matching and posting high volume purchase ledger invoices;
Statement reconciliations;
Preparation of invoices for payment;
Resolution of internal and external queries;
Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes;
Staff expenses;
Payroll administration support;
Ad hoc supporting duties.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

AAT level 3 and above;
Good working knowledge of Sage packages would be an advantage;
Professional and friendly telephone etiquette;
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
