Job Description
Here at Alfred we are honoured to represent North Bristol's most active Letting & Estate Agents. They have been serving the local area for over 30 years and have established relationships with clients, partners and tenants.

Due to a period of development and growth we are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Administrator to join their dedicated and close-nit team.

As they take care of over 1000 Landlords with approximately 3000 units, we are looking for an accomplished Accounts Administrator that will control all day-to-day elements of the finance department.

The company prides themselves on having family roots and their staff turnover is extremely low. They're a team that work hard, respect each other and enjoy the journey – together!

Responsibilities:

Processing daily rent income, paying clients daily, paying invoices, handling tenant deposits, verification of subcontractor information and meeting tight processing deadlines.
Responsible for others within the team. Setting and delegating tasks and time constraints and being responsible for delivering the results to the business.
Responsible for the processing and checking of payment runs and maintaining reconciled accounts.
Ensuring tenancy deposits and other such like requirements are paid or registered with the relevant provider or Scheme within allotted time.
Maintaining insurance cover and claims for tenancies.
Promote a good working relationship between suppliers, subcontractors, branch staff and the rest of the finance department.What we are looking for:

Established experience within an Accounts based position
Able to work at pace in a fast moving environment and to deadline.
Someone with a strong work ethic and wants to do a great job!
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi task.
Meticulous and accurate with impeccable attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a good telephone manner.
Building relationships with people internally and externally with come naturally to you.
Operate morally, ethically and lovingly as one big family with the respect and care for each of the clients.
