Job Description
Job Title: Accountant

Location: Central London – hybrid working

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

About the role:

This role aims to ensure AE3 meets all its accounting, tax, and financial reporting requirements whilst also supporting the Sales team. Responsibilities include:

Full bookkeeping
Weekly payment runs and bank reconciliation
Managing all expenses claims
Managing company credit card reconciliations
Petty Cash management
Raising sales invoices for Events and consumer advertising
Credit control
Preparing monthly payroll to be sent to payroll bureaux for processing, including pension administration
Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
Monthly Cost Reporting of each event
Liaising with FD to trial balance level
Debtors reporting and sales team debtor meeting
Reconciliation of Complete data (sales booking system)
Quarterly VAT reporting and filing through SageAbout you:

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in accounting, analytical skills and a "can do" attitude. You will be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills and thrive on taking responsibility and ownership.

You will carry out accounting for AE3, financial reporting, sales administration, and credit control. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy environment in a varied role.

You will have a wide range of skills and experience including:

At least 2 years' experience working in an account's role, ideally with experience of working with a sales team
