Job Description
Account and Database Support

Portsmouth

£20,000 – £25,000

Your new company

* An established and developing facilities management provider.

Your new role

* Working Monday – Friday (8-5)

* Working alongside and reporting to Helpdesk & Support Manager

* Role on a single site

* Providing Admin & Reporting,

* Ensure all necessary electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the team in a timely manner to meet internal and customer deadlines.

* Attending Meetings, Looking at Financial Performance, Invoicing, Customer Service, Helpdesk.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience within customer service, and dealing with visitors and customers

* Excellent communication skills

* Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

* Ability to manage meeting requests and other regular tasks

* Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as clients staff and colleagues

* Experience as a Contract Support or similar role
