Job Description
My client, one of the largest truly Independent Financial Advice firms in the West Midlands, based in the heart of the Black Country Business Community are seeking a new Client Manager to their highly successful financial planning business.
With a large number of established client's and considerable funds under management, market leading technology, office – admin & compliance team support, fully independent investment and product offering and competitive remuneration terms, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
The firm compromises of 4 closely linked areas:
Wealth Management • Employee Benefits • Mortgages • Commercial Finance
Main Duties to include:
* Completing Replacement Business forms, gathering information from providers.
* Suitability Report preparation using Genovo
* Production of quotes and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
* IRESS Quotes and Protection Case Preparation
* Compiling cases for processing by ensuring all the required paperwork included is signed, this will include:
o Suitability Report
o Fact Find
o Quotes
o Application form
o Other related paperwork
* Processing High Risk business (Ad Hoc):
o BED/ISA
o Top Up
o Fund switches
o Changes to contributions
o Withdrawals
* Production of Post Investment Valuations
* Use of the back office systems (Intelligent Office & Volume) by way of accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client file
* Producing valuations for annual reviews
* IFA point of contact for all queries relating to the case both pre and post submission
