Job Description
My client is a long established B2B financial services organization. They already have a strong track record and impressive customer base and work with partner firms globally. 

They are hiring a Graphic & Visual Designer who is a hands-on creative. You enjoy sketching and developing design briefs and do not just rely on stock photos and graphics. The ideal candidate will also thrive in creating graphics for digital channels and be involved in uploading content to websites and supporting with copy and content tasks.

Location: Epsom – 10 minute walk from train station or free parking is available onsite.

Hybrid working: 2 days office based per week, 3 days working from home

Hours of work: 37.5 per week

The Graphic Designer duties include:

Participating in meetings to understand the product, brand, and audience.
Brainstorm with team, providing graphic and creative recommendations.
Repurposing content and creatives where applicable.
Create rough sketches and develop creative design briefs based on info gathered
Refresh and update existing feel and look of the brand utilising existing corporate identity.
Work with in-house and external copywriters, marketing team members, photographer, designers, web developers, and business development team with designs and redesigns for all channels as a member of collaborative team.
Work with customers, send emails with our brand design and logo to share on their website.
The Ideal Graphic Designer will have:

A creative visual designer with ability to contribute new and creative ideas to brand design.
Experience of graphic and/or visual design for digital channels (Website, Social, Email) working on multiple projects. At least one year experience or high level of experience in study. 
Hands-on creative skills – you do not rely on just stock images, you can create your own designs.
Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and video ideally 
HTML and CSS an advantage. 
You enjoy exploring and recommending new tools.
Experience of design layout and developing creative briefs.
Experience supporting on uploading content to website using a Content Management System
Experience working with and coordinating cross functional team members based both in-house and with external agencies.
Proactive attitude and a hands-on attitude with strong organisational skills
