Where you will work:
Leading practice who are looking to appoint an ACCA / ACA qualified candidate to join their team as Audit Manager. This opportunity has arisen following a period of sustained growth, new partner investments and new business wins. You will be joining a growing team in their state of the art Manchester offices.
Your new role:
As an Audit Manager you will be responsible for:
Supporting the partners and managers with the delivery of a range of audit, advisory and accounting services to their varied corporate client base.
You will operate in a varied role weighted 60% towards leading on statutory audits, 20% statutory accounts and tax compliance and the other 20% supervising and training junior staff .
Assisting with special work and projects for your client base.This is a fantastic opportunity to operate in a client facing role and gain exposure to a broad range of corporate clients from SMEs to international businesses and UK subsidiaries.
Essential Skills:
The firm are looking to appoint a newly or recently qualified ACCA / ACA accountant who can demonstrate at least two years experience operating in an audit role.
You must be able to show a passion for delivering excellent client service and have a proven track record of delivering work to tight deadlines. This is a great job opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to consolidate their experience and progress their career in a Top 10 Manchester based practice. This role is initially working remotely however hybrid working options are also available.
