Job Description
Our client is a Lloyd's Reinsurance brokers based the City of London and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Treaty Reinsurance Technician to join their team as a Technical Account Manager

It is essential that you have good experience in a Treaty Reinsurance Technical support role as you will be providing technical input and support to the placing process for the Sales and Broking Teams.

This is very much a Treaty Reinsurance handling / account management / slip creation / client facing role

Your main duties will be :-

To produce clear and accurate documents and wordings for clients which provide the best possible cover in the market and adhere to all regulatory requirements
Use appropriate class of business knowledge to produce contract documents and documents suited to the client's needs.
Check and recommend amendments to policies/contract documents produced by others prior to agreement by Underwriters.
Check final contract documents against slip or proposal details to ensure appropriateness of the proposed standard policy.
Create original and complex contract documents and maintain database of contract documents and policy information.
