We are recruiting for a Training Manager to join the Membership & Enterprise team at a well established Investment Firm. You will support the head of training and events and develop training services for the members.

Your duties & responsibilities will include:

End-to-end management of open course training programme, including scheduling, marketing and all on the day logistics
Collaborate with and supervise the Training Co-ordinator who supports the team
Manage the relationships with the professional training providers
Arranging ad-hoc educational in-house sessions for the members, the regulator (FCA) and Government departments (HMT, HMRC)
Maximise course revenues to attain income and profit targets and meet agreed attendance and feedback KPI's for all related training sessions
Identify potential knowledge gaps and suggest/source training solutionsRequirements for the role:
– Training Management experience
– Organisation & project management skills
– Communication, problem solving & strategy skills
