Trainee Protection Advisor – Fully training provided.

Salary £25,000 + benefits

OTE £55K +

Early finish Friday – No weekends

Are you looking to get into the life insurance sector with full training and development and an opportunity to really carve out some real lucrative earnings? Then if you are in a B2C sales role then please read on!

Working for a successful Life and Protection business we are Directly Authorised by the FCA and are looking to further expand our team of protection advisors. You will be working for a dynamic company and are looking for the right people to join their team and help grow their protection sales teams and products.

Protection Advisor duties: –

* Speaking to customer through hot keys from company websites through Google and other social media and digital channels.

* Leads generated are immediately sent to their CRM system and will be allocated to an advisor to call

* You will be allocated 10/15 new leads per day from a variety of sources to call and complete a thorough fact find.

* You would then, using your expertise and knowledge of the policies, give the customer the best information possible to make an informed decision as to what is the right policy for them.

* When the customer is happy, you would then take the client through an application to set up their policy.

* You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline and underwriting cases.
