Job Description
Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established and growing Accountancy Firm who are looking for an Audit Manager to join their team based near Heathrow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wants to take the next step in their career in a growing and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Management of a portfolio of clients.

Overseeing the preparation of financial statements under FRS102 and IFRS.

Completing audits with minimal supervision and within deadlines.

Management and development of more junior members of the team.

Maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as new clients.

Identify business development opportunities with existing clients.

Maintain a good level of technical knowledge.

Key Requirements:-

ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent

Good working background in an accountancy practice and working in an Audit focused role.

Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Ability to manage complicated projects and multiple stakeholders.

Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.

Strong technical understanding of accounting and auditing standards.

Good experience in leading group audits and the preparation of consolidated accounts.

Previous use of CaseWare or Mercia methodologies is desirable.

Able to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Produces high quality work to a good technical standard.

Hybrid working is offered.

Salary: £55000 to £70000 DOE
