Temporary Telephonist Job in Edinburgh

Job Description
Office Angels are currently looking for a Temporary Telephonist based with our client, in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This role is paying £10.40 per hour. This role is due to start ASAP for 3 months based in the office. The main duty to this role is telephony based and would require you to answer around 20/30 calls per day. Along with organizing and sorting out post, quick basic administration tasks. A credit check will be required from all candidates that apply, prior to starting. The main duties are detailed below.

Duties and Tasks:

Managing calls in to our client line as well as supporting other calls for the client solutions team whilst communicating across multiple channels
Supporting the client solutions team on administration tasks including mail and email
Raising requests and updating requests on the workflow system
Participating in ongoing and new projects
Expanding and sharing your knowledge of the company's platform and the wider business
Working in close partnership with clients to maximize their customer experience and journey
Living and breathing the company's values and know how the approach you take impacts the client.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience providing exceptional customer service
Excellent relationship building skills
Experience prioritizing high impact work, but never neglecting the finer details
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
Prior experience with systems, in particular Microsoft Office.
