Job Description
CMA Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturing business based in Whiteley, Hampshire, to help them recruit a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant for c16 hours a week for a 3 month period.

What will the Purchase Ledger Assistant role involve?

Processing of supplier invoices;
Dealing with payment queries;
Supplier statement reconciliations;
Payment runs (weekly & monthly).
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant vacancy:

Prior experience with the supplier invoicing process (Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger);
Available on short notice;
Strong attention to detail.
