Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader with our growing Insurance Broking client.
You'll be fully supporting the day to day running of a busy team of Account Handlers whilst motivating and developing them.
The team has a variety of levels of experience, so you'll be comfortable with supporting people at different stages of their careers.
Also with your Insurance background you'll be able to support them technically and also to help manage their Clients.
This is a role that can be performed on a hybrid basis between your home and their office but you'll want to ensure you are available to support your team at all times.
To be successfully in this Team Leader role you will demonstrate:
Experience of successfully leading a team in the Insurance Industry
The ability to lead, motivate, inspire and manage staff in a Client facing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of providing training opportunities to enable people to develop and grow
Drive and energy, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
