Job Description
Tax & Accounts Senior Sussex, Hybrid Working, £40-50k
Our client, a Sussex based practice of accountants and business advisers are looking for a Qualified (ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA) Tax & Accounts Senior to join their dynamic and growing team. The Firm’s clients include individuals, partnerships and companies, looking for personal tax and professional accountancy services.
The Role
As the Tax& Accounts Senior, the main focus will be on managing a portfolio of personal tax clients however the role will also involve preparing accounts for limited companies including:
* Preparing personal tax returns
* Preparing sole trader, partnership, and rental property accounts
* Preparing limited company accounts and tax computations.
Skills and Experience
You will liaise directly with clients therefore it is important you really enjoy client facing work and have great interpersonal skills. You will also be proficient in the following:
* Preparing VAT returns
* Preparing P11d forms
* Preparing ATED returns
* IHT, Trusts and CGT calculations
* Accounts Preparation for limited companies
Salary and Benefits
Salary of £40,000 to £50,000 is set by Fletcher George and will depend on the successful applicants qualifications and experience, there is also an excellent benefits package.
Location
The Tax & Accounts Senior will be based in Horsham although the role can involve hybrid working role to be discussed on a case-by-case basis but including some office based days. The office is commutable from Crawley, Guildford, Billingshurst, Haywards Heath and surrounding areas.
