As an expert Social Media Manager you will develop the Social Media strategy to ensure maximum online exposure leading to an increase in revenue. The Social Media manager will sit within the marketing team and work closely with all it's members.

Create engaging social media campaigns to drive growth within the business
Be responsible for the day-to-day management of social media channels and adapt content for different platforms where necessary
Keep up to date with current trends by building relationships with influencers
Be present in the social media community by interacting with users and responding to posts & discussions
Use scheduling tools such as Later, Tailwind and Buffer to oversee, plan & deliver content across different social media platforms
Promote the use of social media and educate team members of its importance within the company
Develop & execute new ideas individually and as a team to improve social media strategy
Monitor, track & analyse current social media campaigns and set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Analyse competitor activityWhat you will need to bring!
Significant experience in management in the social media field
Experience in a B2C or e-commerce environment would be an advantage
Proficiency in all social media channels; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok and others
Excellent leadership skills with problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience delivering successful social media marketing activities through relevant media channels
Understand social media KPI’s with a good knowledge of SEO
Exceptional creativity and a real team player
