Job title: Senior Project Accountant

Salary Range: £50,000 salary + exceptional benefits package and annual bonus

Location: Glasgow (hybrid and flexi-working)

We are working with a Global Manufacturing company who are renowned as one of the largest Manufacturers in the UK. We are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join their Maritime division as a Senior Project Accountant in Glasgow, on a full time permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work for an iconic brand in a Project Accounting capacity, supporting key MoD/International design and build programmes for Maritime Naval Ships. The design is known as Global Combat Ships (GCS) and they building 8 vessels for the UK MoD on site in Glasgow in addition to design variants for both the Australian and Canadian navies which, are to be constructed in-country.

The Finance team play a key part in both reaching the desired position on day one and then delivering their programme commitment to quality and budget. This is an exciting hands-on opportunity as part of a FTSE 100 finance team to gain broad financial and project management experience on their Customer Funded delivery Programmes. We are searching for a Qualified Accountant with relevant Project Accounting experience gained in a Large, complex organisation (you don't need previous manufacturing or engineering sector exposure).
