Job Description
My client, an NHS Trust in Devon, is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to the finance team on a permanent basis.

This is a key role in the finance team and provides an important link between finance and the operational running of the hospital. Prior NHS experience would be useful but not essential. You should however have experience of operating in a busy and ever changing organization and be use to operating at a fast pace and in a proactive manner.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist the Operational Finance Partners and Deputy Director of Finance with delivery of the System Financial delivery plan
Efficiency and CIP (Continuous Improvement Plans) reporting
Planning and annual budget setting, including supporting workforce capacity planning
Financial reporting and analysis, including productivity and financial performance
Key link between Operational Finance Partner and Management Accounts team
Expert training and advice for finance staff and operational managers
Decision support for investment Business Cases
Benchmarking and costing analysis, leading on costing information and analysis for your areaIn return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with an excellent package including over 27 days annual leave and a generous pensions
