Job Description
Saïd Business School are recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager reporting to the Financial Controller.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work closely with the CFO and the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role is central to the provision of management accounting information and analysis to budget holders, the Senior Management of the School, School Board and the Social Sciences Division.

Managing a team of two highly skilled members of staff, you will have responsibility for all financial accounting processes for both the School and its trading subsidiary, OSBS Ltd.

The School has ambitious plans for growth and its support functions will need to be able to respond flexibly and positively to new ways of working. We are therefore looking for an individual with a proven can-do attitude and a willingness to adapt.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a recognised accounting qualification from a chartered professional body, along with a proven track record of delivering high quality financial information to staff at all levels and be able to produce accurate and detailed information whilst maintaining an awareness of the bigger picture.

You will need to demonstrate a track record of producing clear, accurate process documentation, ensuring risks to business continuity or lack of consistency are actively controlled.
