Job Description
Daventry based

Permanent

Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm (1 hr lunch)

£30,000 – £34,000pa depending on experience

Our client, a worldwide tyre specialist based in Daventry, is looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join their small, friendly team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for collection of receivables, managing new accounts, monitoring credit lines and streamlining processes.

The key responsibilities:

* Overseeing all credit/AR functions in the UK, ensuring all monies are collected to agreed terms and limits are monitored and ensured

* Managing bad debts and recovery processes, working with the sales team to monitor customer activity

* Providing a cash flow forecast

* Liaising with customers and credit insurance providers

The ideal candidate:

* Excellent experience within a credit management role

* Knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft packages

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to read financial and management accounts, knowledge of accounts receivable procedures

* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

* Analytical skills and attention to detail

* Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
