Job Description
Aerial Platforms Limited is one of the UK's leading powered access companies. Due to expansion we are looking for a full time credit controller to join our accounts team.

Overall, the role will support the Finance team and will report to the Head of Finance.

To chase on a daily basis all overdue accounts.

To document telephone conversations with customers so as to enable anyone to carry on from where it has been left.

We would expect the Senior Credit Controller to be able to make 25+ calls a day (with accompanying email follow up)

To ensure that any query notified is dealt with in a timely manner and any credit notes required are raised and issued.

To bring to the attention of the Head of Finance any account which refuses to pay or is in difficulty.

Previous use of Sage 50 is desirable.

The Person We are looking for an individual with relevant and proven experience of working in credit control

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work on own initiative under supervision of line manager.

Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (namely Word and Excel).

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and influence others.

Good team worker.
