Job Description
Senior / Lead Business Analyst – Hybrid – West Midlands (35 Hour week – Flexi hours)
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leading Financial Services provider with strong roots.
You will be leading and line managing a team of 5-10 Business Analysts
Developing and supporting those across the BA function, including juniors and apprentices
Be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing stakeholders of all levels (up to C-suite)
Be able to approach tasks strategically in line with the organisational values

Must haves
Proven experience line or matrix managing Business Analysts
2+ Years of Senior / Lead experience
Excellent communication skills
UK Residency
