Job Description
Senior Accountant required to join a very established accountancy practice based in Chiswick in this hybrid role.

The Client Accountant will be working closely to the Director offering advisory on growth, R&D and proposals for change for a portfolio of SME clients whilst also offering assistance with the team when it comes to finalising statutory accounts and other financial statements.

The ideal Senior Accountant will be qualified and will have a good deal of experience with SME sized clients offering advisory and assisting with junior members of staff. The successful candidate will have progression routes to Partner level and will be offered share options.

Senior Accountant Position Overview

Assisting and handling a portfolio of varying SME's you will be tasked with:

Offering advice on tax, growth and management matters

Preparing and finalising statutory accounts

Preparing R&D relief claims

Assisting with dividend distribution proposals and other business matters

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

ACCA/ACA qualified

Experience handling a variety of SME businesses offering advice on a multitude of differing scenarios

Assisting with the training of other members of staff

Experience with IRIS, xero & other softwares

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

Salary circa £50,000

Flexible hours/hybrid role

25 days holiday per annum + bank holiday
