Job Description
Our client an international bank is seeking a Business & Salesforce Support Associate to join their team on a permanent basis. This role sits within the Client Management Services team and will support RM’s.

The Client Management Services (CMS) team services all front office areas throughout EMEA with responsibility and effective oversight of existing counterparts. This role will be a hybrid role providing Salesforce support to RM community along with providing business support to Head of CMS and wider CMS Team. This individual will be responsible for answering day to day queries from Relationship Managers in relation to Salesforce and also producing regular reports on client interactions via salesforce. This role will also entail supporting Head of CMS with organizing meetings & travel, recruitment, following up on actions, system accesses and general project governance support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing Salesforce support to Relationship managers with regards changes in coverage, data sharing / consent requests, account unlock or other requests.
• Managing weekly, monthly reporting cycle and ad hoc MI from Salesforce including but not limited to Call Reports and Finance reports.
• Managing Head of CMS Diary, arranging daily schedule and prioritise calendar conflicts across completing priorities.
• Gain thorough understanding of running CMS function to be able to prioritise meetings.
• Prepare internal / project documents including creating presentations, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes during meetings.
• Manage confidential data and information.
• Record all the meeting minutes and action points for Internal CMS Meetings. Follow up on action points, gathering all the relevant details required for each task completion.
• Supporting head of CMS with system access requests and other daily administrative tasks
• Managing travel arrangements and itineraries for CMS Management team as required

WORK EXPERIENCE
• 2 – 3 years + experience using Salesforce as a CRM tool.
• Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Securities and exposure to related entities is essential
• Salesforce experience (support role preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential)
