Job Description
Salary: £17.58 per hour
Location: Hybrid – Brighton or London (offices in both)
Duration: Temporary, 6 months

Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Sales Support Analyst, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company.

The role will concentrate on sustaining, optimising and streamlining existing B2B processes to enable flawless set-up and management of B2B deals across UK & Europe. The overall goal for the team is to create a robust platform supporting growth for B2B Europe, increase productivity and minimise attrition.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for B2B Account Set-ups and sales support
Following up on calls that have taken place with the sales team and appointment setting
Responsible for operational relationship with 3rd party service providers
Drive 'ready to trade' call with merchants to ensure robust merchant on-boarding process
Create and provide sales reports against KPI's
Lead allocation & maintain rota
Manage process SLA's and lead transformation initiatives to drive process efficiencies
Partner with customer and ensure strong customer experience
Partner with Sales Managers and CLM to raise and resolve Merchant operational issues. Required skills:
