Job Description
My international import/export client based in Trafford Park requires a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This newly created position is a key appointment, reporting to the Finance Manager of this ever growing and successful business.
You will have extensive Sales Ledger/Billings experience and experience of using SAP would be advantageous.
Duties include:-
Integrate daily sales data into accounting system
Integrate remittance and cash data into accounting system
Process any manual sales invoices, returns and cash as part of account reconciliation
Query resolution engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Produce and distribute weekly debtor report
Maintain relationships with key clients
Process company expense claims
Support with business stationery order
Document management and administration
Assist with month end procedures and reconciliations, adhering to strict deadlines
Provide cover and support within wider finance team
