Job Description
Risk & Compliance Analyst

* Sunderland

* Permanent staff position

* £30,000 per annum

A large Business Process Outsourcer with several sites across the UK and Europe are hiring a Risk & Compliance Analyst with a background in Compliance or Risk Operations to join their team.

Ideally with a background in financial services or large contact centres, you will primarily be tasked with the oversight of the Risk Management System which includes, testing, risk assessments and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Assist with the development and maintenance of Risk & Compliance procedural documentation

* Produce RCSA MI for all relevant governance meetings

* Manage document control frameworks, ensuring operational documents comply with standard templates and version control

* Engagement in the change management process

* Play a key role in embedding a culture of Risk, Compliance and Quality across the business

What You’ll Bring to the Team

* A background in financial services, contact centres, process outsourcing is preferred

* Experience of reporting incidents and errors in a large volume processing environment

* Good attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills

* Able to produce high quality written reports

* Self-motivated, self-sufficient and proactive
