Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the Pricing and demand Manager, the key purpose of this role is to ensure reports are created to understand trends, highlights issues or respond to questions, the business and its stakeholders could have.
Role responsibilities will also include working closely with the other members of the Supply & Demand teams to ensure reports and data analysis are completed to a high degree, understood and used.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the pricing and demand manager in the creation and update of reports for the Rent-a-Car team.
Supporting the regional team with tactical pricing decision with data analysis.
Understanding data and creating insights to help understand all areas of the business and potential opportunities.
Being proficient in multiple systems in order to extract, combine and analyse relevant data
Pulling reports from our rental system and send these regularly to the relevant stakeholders
Understanding the different system and supporting the team in implementing new pricing strategy
Reviewing opportunities in the different revenue channel and implementing new solutions
To assist the Rental Operations Analyst with ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department
Designing and building automated dashboard to empower stakeholders to understand the data
Make the team more efficient: research and implement new tooling and processes to automate reporting.
PRINCIPAL CONTACTS / WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Work closely with the Pricing and demand manager.
Work collaboratively with the Regional operation team and their stations.
Work with and support Managers, Senior Managers and the wider Mobility Team by providing reporting information and responding promptly to queries

Prioritise own diary to ensure tasks are processed effectively and efficiently
Locate best sources of information required to carry out responsibilities
Best methods of data presentation
Processes to ensure efficiency in weekly reporting tasks

Routinely processing trends reports for the regional team
Knowing where to find best sources of information
Daily reply to queries regarding data/ insights/reporting.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Experience of working with data and providing management information
Experience of managing numerous stakeholders
Experience of working to service levels and quality measures
Experience within the hospitality/automotive industry (desirable)
SKILLS AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Strong Excel and Macros knowledge
Ability to query, transform and analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Knowledge in Tableau (desirable)
Strong organisation and planning skills, delivering quality output to deadlines
Good attention to detail and strong quality focus
A genuine desire to help and support people and provide excellent customer service
Proven ability to liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and communication skills
