We are in search of a hard-working individual to join our diverse team based in London. You will be playing a leading role within the industry, working in exciting sectors such as local authority and residential housing.

Requirements:

Project management from concept to completion ensuring targets and objectives are delivered to a high standard within deadline and to budget.

Produce and report financial forecasts, track budgets, oversee costings and control cost variables.

MRICS Chartered.

Bachelor's Degree qualification.

Knowledge and experience in delivering quantity surveying in the infrastructure sector.

NEC contract knowledge.

Prioritisation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communicational skills to liaise with third parties.
