Purchase Ledger Clerk

West Malling – £24,000

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a market leading business, with an excellent culture and vibrant working environment.

Responsibilities:

Preparing payment schedules & deal with supplier queries
Maintain organised files of all account's records
Resolving any internal or external queries via email
Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
Bank reconciliations

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent telephone manner, confidence, and strong communication skills
Driven individual with excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Organised and has strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills are essential
Ability to liaise with others and form effective working relationships
