Job Description
RM Recruit are working in partnership with an incredible Coventry based business who are on the lookout for a permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant. With outgoing nature, and with excellent attention to detail, this post would see you operate in a busy, front-line role supporting the current finance team. This role is a full-time, hybrid position.

Main duties:

* Processing of invoices

* Raising queries with the wider finance team

* Bank reconciliations

* Delivery of full PL duties to all suppliers

* Supporting the finance team in ad hoc duties

* Input key information into finance system

* Weekly BACS runs

* Updating the ledger

* Payment schedule for suppliers

* Aged Creditors

* Processing expenses

* Resolving queries in a timely manner

As the ideal candidate, you will possess good purchase ledger experience and a good knowledge of MS Excel. You will be experienced in processing a high volume of supplier invoices with a high attention to detail and a good understanding of internal financial controls. This role is hybrid working so you will be required to work in the office three days a week and the remaining two from home. You will be confident in your approach and be able to come on board and hit the ground running with minimal supervision required.
