Job Description
Are you looking for your next Accounting Purchase Ledger Position ?
Do you have experience with Purchase Ledger?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and are able to work in an organised manner?
Our client, a unique professionsal services organisation, are looking to expand their Sales and Purchasing team and are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant
Your duties will include:
* Registering purchase invoices in Sage using a unique identifier
* Liaising with the Procurement team regarding items awaiting authorisation and payment
* Reviewing invoices due for payment and creating BACS payment run for approval. Ensuring payments made before their due dates but also making sure cash flow is considered
* Entering other payments into Bankline accurately for authorisation within the Finance team
* Maintain and administer the inbox to ensure open and completed matters are easily identifiable.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. After an office-based training period there will be the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home.
