Job Description
Purchase Ledger Assistant
£24,000
Kings Hill for 4 days a week, 1 day work from home / remote
Monday to Friday – 35 hour week – 9am-5pm
(flexibility / part time hours can be considered – minimum of 20 hours across 3-5 days)

This Purchase Ledger Assistant role is a newly created role due to continued growth within the department and is to join an award-winning team, who ensures adherence to controls and processes, contributing to the smooth running of purchase ledger. This will include registration of supplier invoices and ensuring payments made on a timely basis.
The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will be a motivated, self-starter who is looking for a fast-paced role and is used to processing high volumes of invoices each month.

The duties for this Purchase Ledger Assistant role will include but not be limited to:
Registering purchase invoices and associated payment runs
Liaising with the Procurement teamThe successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will have / be:
At least 1 years previous Purchase Ledger experience
Previous experience of processing a high volume of invoices
