Protection Adviser
Protection Adviser Benefits:
* Salary of £29,500 per annum + uncapped commission
* Full time, perm position, Monday to Friday.

Protection Adviser Main Purpose:
As our Protection Adviser, you will report directly to the Sales Manager where you will contact clients to provide professional advice and quotations on protection insurance contracts.
Key accountabilities and skills:
* Ensure contact with client is conducted in a professional and compliant manner.
* Work with our team of Mortgage Advisers to train/coach them to deliver protection leads.
* Work towards sales targets given by the manager
* Demonstrate excellent conduct risk behaviours by placing the customer’s best interest at the heart of everything you do and recommend improvements where possible.
* Contribute through actions and behaviour to ensure the culture of the whole company reflects this.
* Ability to feedback constructively on quality/quantity of leads.
* Knowledge of leading protection insurance contracts.
* Customer focused with strong Relationship building skills.
* Organised with good attention to detail.
* Competent levels of Microsoft Office and IT systems skills
