Job Description
Project Administrator – Treasury Department

Our client based in Harlow are seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a temporary/FTC basis for 12 months. The successful individual will be supporting the Treasury department and project delivery team on a Transformation project. If you have excellent communication skills with high attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you!

Ideally you will be AAT Level 2 qualified and you will be supporting a project to manage the rationalisation of banking partners, restructuring and banking process automation using a Treasury Management System and SAP integration.

Duties:

Work with Project management to develop communications plan to educate and direct customers to make the necessary changes
Ensure all communications support the company's internal brand and house style
Develop and engage the communication stakeholder map
Run internal briefing sessions with key stakeholders and shared services across the globe to provide support
Take ownership for publishing content related to the program
Develop a measurement approach detailed enough to inform key stakeholder of progress of the program i.e., the number of accounts in active use
Assist with the completion and approval of documentation for the restructuring, including banking documentation
Assist in the completion of weekly packs, communications and other documentation to the internal Intranet and SharePoint sites
Support with reports, PowerPoint presentations and expense queriesSkills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ideally AAT Qualified
Able to prioritise workload
Experience in supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications within a project environment
Able to identify key stakeholders to provide support
Demonstrable Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong attention to detailHours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week
