Job Description
I have an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join my client based in Eurocentral. This is a temporary role initially that will become permanent for the right person. This will also start immediately.
This is a great opportunity for someone to learn everything you need to be a fully trained Procurement Administrator and work for a well know organisation based in Eurocentral who are looking to add to their team.
You will be office based and work Monday to Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-4.
It really is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is career driven, bright, mature and enthusiastic to work their way up the ladder with a well established company.
Duties Include:
Process purchase orders
Review the KPI database for POs ensuring data is correct, recorded consistently, accessible and up to date
Review the contract register for upcoming contract expiry to inform the relevant contract managers
Review and update the supplier database with all applicable contract and supplier details and comparing against the contract register for accuracy
Provide management information on the KPI database status as required
Update the procurement pages To be considered
You must be available immediately
Computer Literate
Able to use your own initiative
