Job Description
GTS Banking and Finance is currently recruiting for a Private Client Administrator to work for our client, a Wealth Management Firm in Edinburgh

This role will suit a client focused administrator with a strong background in the financial services sector. 

As a PCA you role will involve- 

Working closely with the Private Client Directors to support with their clients; private high net worth individuals, family office and wealth management clients. 
Managing the on-boarding of new clients into the system. 
Support the Directors with suitability reports.
Manage communication and ensure communication is correct and appropriate with clients. 
Maintain the data on X-Plan and ensure data is correct. 
Participle with projects when required.To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked in a similar role, as well as have the following skills and experience-

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. 
Proactive and able to self motivate.
Highly orgnaised and a keen problem solver. 
Degree or similar in Finance is desirable.In return our client is offering up to £27,000 per annum plus benefits working on a hybrid basis from their Edinburgh office.
